correct some grammar or vocabulary for sake of clarity and respecting the o/a ending for gender-declined words
Update _code-of-conduct-es.md
This includes: * Added "las" to a phrase that was lacking the article. * Refactored one of the expected behaviors to make it sound less funny.
Changed writing of some phrases to be more gender inclusive.

Couldn't find a way to translate "User Group". I don't think we should translate Pull Request.
