Add Job Seeker index page

To support our new feature to assist members searching for their next role, the layout of the welcome page is limited to display a small selection of profiles. We should create a link to a separate page where we can provide a full index of profiles for viewers.

Task:

• Create an index page listing job seeker profiles
• Add link to the page from the main page
