Login: Onmiauth introduction without associated login option

Describe the bug
When logging in, under the username and password is the sentence "Or continue with", but nothing follows it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the login page

Expected behavior
If there are no omniauth providers available, the sentence would not be rendered.

Additional context
From the template, I can see there is code for omniauthable, so it is possible we don't have any omniauth providers and the text, "Or continue with", should be wrapped in an omniauthable? condition, but it would be valuable to validate this.

I believe at the time there was information around login by other means for easier sign on. I couldn't find the associated credentials to move forward with that. Good spotting the orphaned text, thank you. I did have intentions of integrating a sign on with Github as that would seem to be the most common of the social logins that devs would use. And also less likely to be spammed upon. For now we could make the first task to only show the text should the integration be available. Second task would be to implement a Github login
