For the next year: please note that

  • "we" on this site will probably suggest ruby-core or the maintainer team of www.ruby-lang.org, so it should be avoided in "third-party" posts
  • the first paragraph is used as excerpt for the main page and archive pages and should not contain any banner images

I updated the post correspondingly (at least the en version), see #1449.
