The bundled gems are scheduled to be removed from this repository.
Type definitions have not yet been removed for compatibility reasons, but if we continue to run tests on type definitions, it will affect the development of the Ruby core when specifications are updated, similar to how it happened with
bigdecimal.We should not continue running tests for bundled gems.
In Ruby v4, several gems will become bundled gems, but this PR is limited to gems that are already alumni.
