Release 0.9.0

Thinking we could cut 0.8.1 soon to keep the release small. Wouldn't be opposed to a prerelease but this diff is low impact enough that it shouldn't be necessary.

👍 with releasing more frequently with smaller changesets, but I'd like to stick with semver and make this 0.9.0 since it does add new functionality. From the changeset url you have above:

• Support version when parsing LDIF 2e0f0fe
• Handle base64 encoded DN 9df2347

I don't have a problem with the minor version number going into the double digits (e.g. 0.11.0)

• update changelog
• update version
• cut release tag
• build gem, publish

👍 dig the list. Saving this for Friday. I'd add a few more clean up tasks as part of this release:

• remove Manifest.txt
• remove hoe and plugins in favor of script/release Release build cleanup #122
• research if we can drop older versions of rubygems https://github.com/ruby-ldap/ruby-net-ldap/blob/master/net-ldap.gemspec#L36-L55 since we're requiring 1.9.3+
• add a Contributing.md Add contributing guide #147

it's a embarrassing situation - I am not able to add @mtodd as a new owner to the gem.

Whatever I try - the only answer I get is that it is trying to remove matt as an owner :(

4. gem owner net-ldap --add matt@github.com
