Create new release

Hey,

It would be great if you could issue a new release (0.7?) at some point, since the last already dates back several months.

In concrete, were waiting for two changes that currently affect our production environment

1. errors for defaults for endpoint parameters
2. unnecessary second evaluation on collections, which currently causes part of our prod environment to perform slower, since it executes an sql query twice and adds several seconds to our load time on one of our main pages. we patched this ourselves here: Skip entity auto-detection when explicitely passed #500

Both are not in the latest release 0.6.1 and we'd prefer to keep using the rubygems gem instead of having to fork and release one by ourselves, which would be hacky. I hope you can create a new release at some point.

There're some blockers right now, notably #598. I plan to cut a release after those have been cleared.
