Please give option to install v16

Request to please help us with this we are stuck
fm create v16bench.localhost --frappe-bench version-16 --apps erpnext:version-16 --apps hrms:version-16
does not work
I know there are workarounds (like entering bench and doing a manual update - #332) but its so tedious and buggy sometimes - fm was created to simplify our lives 👍

Try the develop branch once by using uvx --from git+https://github.com/rtcamp/frappe-manager@develop fm create --help it should work and lmk if you encounter any problems, I will be releasing the new update in short time.

Workaround For Those on Ubuntu 24.04 (dev) or higher

1. Install Python 3.13 via uv (cleanest, no system Python changes)
   curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh
   source ~/.bashrc # or open a new terminal
   uv python install 3.13

2. Reinstall frappe-manager from develop using Python 3.13
   pipx uninstall frappe-manager || true

P13="$(uv python find 3.13)"
pipx install --python "$P13" "git+https://github.com/rtCamp/Frappe-Manager.git@develop"

hash -r
fm --version

3. Now create v16 bench normally (no --python flag)
   fm create mybench --apps frappe:version-16 --apps erpnext:version-16

Now I have tried:
uvx --from git+https://github.com/rtcamp/frappe-manager@develop fm create erpnextv16 --apps fr
appe:version-16 --apps erpnext:version-16

and shell via: uvx --from git+https://github.com/rtcamp/frappe-manager@develop fm shell erpnextv16 and everything looks ok ;-)

As I can remember, frappe v16 require 3.14+. Are you sure 3.13 is enough for v16?

@thecodeunderdog It looks like the command broke mid-word! Your terminal split frappe:version-16 into two pieces: it tried to find a repo named fr (which failed) and then tried to run appe:version-16 as a new command.

The good news is your FM infrastructure updated successfully. Now you just run this command
