Add INFORMS styles

It would be nice if the templates at https://pubsonline.informs.org/authorportal/latex-style-files were converted for use in this package.

I wish one day the styling of papers could be as simple as dropping in a single CSS file. This publishing world has too many kingdoms, each requiring substantial care and work for no substantial reasons...
