Update HTML dependencies

Updates many of the HTML dependencies to more recent versions

• Ace 1.2.6 -> 1.4.14
  • New themes, better mobile support, no breaking changes
• Clipboardjs to 2.0.10
  • Involved breaking change where the class is now ClipboardJS
• Bootbox to 5.5.2
  • Adds support for BS4. Should also support BS5 as long as jQuery is present
• i18next to 21.6.10

Besides Ace, the dependencies are now part of the package.json with a simple copy script to move the dist files into inst/lib.

I did not update idb-keyvalue since recent versions include bigger breaking syntax changes than I want to take on now.
