This adds the
extract_body()function, which allows for pulling out the data frame associated with the body cells. This can be at different stages of the table build (e.g.,"init","text_transformed", etc.) and this allows a user to have access to formatted body cells for different applications such as verification of formatting.Fixes: #1441
