Restart watchers when they die

Sometimes brunch watch -j 4 will exit for a strange reason (crash?), which makes the assets stop updating.

How'd you find out that brunch watch crashed? Any error messages?

Also, according to the docs, brunch watch doesn't have a -j switch. It's brunch build that has it.
