Excellent, thanks so much! I've merged it into the development branch for now, but I'll move in onto the master branch when I do the next release. I'm a bit overdue for a release, and this is a significant feature, so I'll try to make the next release happen soon. |

This adds a dotplot feature to Bandage (both self-dotplots and dotplots between two nodes).
