Internationalization of "Warning: skipped PGP checks for {0} packages
from repositories: {1}" message wwas wrong, especially for languages
having more that one plural form. E.g. in Czech it could produce
"Upozornění: vynechané PGP kontroly pro 5 balík z repozitářů:
f42-build".
This patch fixes it.
