Identify pruned log messages

Agave validator has a log message pruning parameter, it is possible that some validator nodes have been running with this poaram and it would be good to detect if that is the case in the metadata checker to know whether there are pruned metadata in the validator history.

From what I can see this is what would be present in the metadata for pruned messages:

We should probably issue a warning for transactiosn this happens for.
