Translate Picasa 3.9 XMP metadata to Microsoft schema

Picasa 3.9 allows users to save face tags in XMP metadata, but it's a different 
schema from Microsoft's. Picface could translate the XMP data so it can be also 
be read by Windows Live Photo Gallery.
