Search results always off-screen

Whenever I use the search feature, the matching line is positioned just above the visible pane of commits. I have to scroll a bit to see it.

Here's an example. I starting as in picture 1, scrolled to the very top. Note the 6th line's comment: "update pusher gem". (And note the 7th line's comment).

I search for "update pusher gem" and I'm scrolled as in picture 2, which starts with that 7th line from above.

If I scroll up a bit I see where the match is (as shown in picture 3).

I have a fix for this in #399.

I just downloaded 0.15.1964 from http://rowanj.github.io/gitx/ , and it has the same bug. Is there a compiled executable that includes your fix, or would I need to compile? I'm not a Mac coder at all.
