detached HEAD no longer displays commits that are not in the history of a tagged commit.

Checking out a specific commit that is not in the history of a tag or branch shows only a blank screen. To make the commit appear, you now need to create a branch at the command line in order to display it.

Commits that are part of a branch still display fine in detached HEAD mode.

Need to check for detached and add the HEAD commit to the array that is traversed from when enumerating the history.
