Don't automatically show tag list

If you hide the tag list in the sidebar it's automatically shown when there is a new tag added from the command line. This becomes an annoyance when the tag list is really long (e.g with git flow release) and you rather not see it...

Can hide always be hide unless you actively click to show it?

That's a good point - it shouldn't change its own visibility; and should stay how you left it.

That said, when collapsed I think it's not obvious if and when there's something under there - I've been considering adding counts to all the parent groups (including folders for tags/branches)

About counts: Great point. I thought the same thing when looking at this
issue.
