Students will be able to tag their programs. People browsing explore page will be able to filter by tags. Tags will be free text, but the UI will auto-tag some projects "Lesson 1" if launched from a certain button.

Admind will be able to tag programs. These tags could be free text or enums, and will be things like "featured" or "program of the day". The homepage could have a section to show featured programs.
