Rosrun for rosjava applications

Should be too hard to get installApp to work in a way appropriate for rosrun. And once that is done, should be just a cmake rule to install it for a packaged deb in the same way as anything else.

Also, does it make sense to publish these jars to maven repos as well? What is the overlap?

Gradle already generates executable scripts for this, the only problem is that it generates two of them, and one of then should be cleaned up to be able to use rosrun right after building a workspace.
