Example publish-subscribe code needs to be updated to match new GraphName API

The example Talker and Listener programs shown in the tutorial linked to below needs to be updated to match the actual code:

This is because the API for GraphName has changed (it no longer has a public constructor).

Talker and Listener seem to have been updated, but MyNode still uses new GraphName(...) and needs updating.

Actually, it was fixed by 1d7cff9 but the docs on rosjava.github.io are out-of-date.

@jubeira Do we have any docs on how to push to the gh-pages branch? I tried ./gradlew docs but it failed with many errors.

Unfortunately, no.

I don't think there's any Gradle task to do it; all the documents in that branch were not updated for 4-5 years. They were probably updated manually back then; maybe Damon knows something else.
