Saving conflict when notepad active before app

# Description
If the notepad app is open before the Roco app is run then depending on if any content was written in the rocopy.txt file, it will ask to either save or discard before continuing pasting which is a nuisance.

# Solution
If we open a new text file every time we run Roco instead of opening rocopy.txt, it will not bother if the previous session's text was saved or not.
