Feature request: Add argument to download data by group name

`db_download()` brings up an interactive menu to choose the taxonomic group for download. This is needed because the group indices sometimes change with GenBank updates. But it would be good to have an option to choose e.g., "Rodents" or "Plants" instead of selecting from the menu, especially for non-interactive scripts.
