Considering the feedback from #883 I have checked through most (all?) of the other (English)
.Rmdfiles and made suggestions for typo fixes and grammatical improvements. I've tried to limit these to small / non-controversial changes.Each file was edited in a single commit, which should make it easy to pick and choose or revert changes, if requested.
