  • Remove CHANGELOG as it's stale
  • Remove CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md to default to ropensi's one

We no longer use this file. Best to keep the repo as simple as
possible.

Remove stale files

Along the way, removing this files removes some instances where we point to
forestgeo.github.io instead of ropensci's website -- thus getting us closer to
meeting this requirement:

│ Fix all links to the GitHub repo to point to the repo under the ropensci
