Recurring scheduler glitches #224
Description
- on reopening the recurring modal, the program drop down is still populated, however, it doesn't have a input value (so it submits blank!)
- on choosing the weekly recurrence, the days of week choosing functionality is not obvious (possible fix: preselect a few of them, maybe M-F)
- we should probably tune the defaults a bit
