requirements.txt out of sync with current python envs

The requirements.txt in the repository does not install a usable web platform and is out of sync with the environment running the platform on production.

Thanks, we knew about htis but it was never recorded, therefore not prioritized.

Btw, did you add new dependencies / have to send me your reqs again, or can I use what I already have?
