Provide a way to display station connection info for the mobile app #101
Description
In the mobile app users need to define a few things in order to connect to a station. We can't see those details clearly anywhere in the RootIO web UI.
We could have something like a "business card" for the stations, in the shape of a tooltip, modal, etc.
- Station ID
- Station key
- Server IP
- Server port
