Hi Guys,
According to the new design of TMVA the interfaces TMVAGui, TMVAMultiClassGui and TMVARegGui needs an update to support the new format that is stored the results.
In this pull requests I have the code to updated TMVAGui to do visualization of two class classification.

I will continue working to updated TMVAMultiClassGui and TMVARegGui.
NOTE: all requirements accorded in the meeting was implemented.
