Description
Currently, the —rollkit.da_block_time flag isn’t configured in instructions for Celestia and Avail DA tutorials. We should add this/at least recommend something.
In the how to guide for the config, we should include a thought process on how to pick the DA block time too. Note that this should be finality of the DA layer, instead of the actual block time since Rollkit does not handle reorg logic. See https://rollkit.dev/guides/da-block-time
