- after registration, we are redirected to questionaires - added 2 activities IMPORTANT: - firebase create user is commented out for testing purposes!!
- added DB connectivity + testing repository
- Register now works again, and redirects to further information collectors (dob + bmi) - user is logged in after registration
- Added support for adding weight to given date
