Is the --renew flag still working?

I'm making a chocolatey pkg for the phpstorm EAP and would like to add a --renew function to it based off phpstorm-eap-installer but I've been unsuccessful in actually trying to test it myself. I installed the 2017.1 EAP and was waiting 30 days to try and attempt to test --renew but then the entire 2017.1 EAP series expired and it went to a 2017.1.1 EAP build and reset my 30 days. So now I'm waiting on that to expire to test it.

Are you still using this? Can you verify that the method used in --renew is still relevant to new versions?

Also I noticed that you are looking for a HOME/.WebIde*/ in the --renew function but I think they recently changed phpstorm to save in a separate folder than webstorm. So it would be @ HOME/.PhpStorm*/ now, at least on windows that is.

I haven't used the EAP in a while. I tested it and it seems you are right, the --renew flag doesn't work anymore.
The PhpStorm directory also is HOME/.PhpStorm*/ now on linux. I have changed it locally (not commited) and it still doesn't work. If you find a solution for it, please feel free to make a pull request here.
