support for ubuntu 24.04 with newer libssl

Counter strike sharp does not work on ubuntu 24.04 with the error

[META] Failed to load plugin addons/counterstrikesharp/bin/linuxsteamrt64/counterstrikesharp: libssl.so.1.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

can you please update it to support or atleast provide older libssl?

Same issue here when running a server on the Steam Sniper image. The error makes CSSharp unable to load at all.

It seems that the issue stems from Automatic Gamedata Updates (#925).

The error I am seeing:

The issue is resolved, when I revert to version v1.0.323 of CSSharp.

That is strange because the linux versions of CS# are built inside the Steam Sniper image, so it should be the same version of libssl used

My bad, for some reason this specific server wasn't updated to use the steam sniper image. The new version of CSSharp works fine now after switching the server to Steam Sniper.
