Update Dynohook

VirtualFunctions.CCSPlayer_WeaponServices_CanUseFunc.Hook does not work on Linux. The problem is solved by updating the Dynohook from #556 . Seeing you asked already in the PR discussion and got an answer already, what is this issue going to change? The pull request has been closed because they ditched the dynohook approach; probably because it gave them headaches. I am not that deep in the CS# codebase, but I don't think updaing dynohook to fix one function is worth it if it causes other things to break.
