Show tags in Resource Header #153
Description
When viewing a resource, you don't currently see any tags/aliases unless you are trying to change the version but we want to be able to show those under the Type and Version of the resource.
When a user lands directly on the resource page, they only have the resource URI to get all relevant information. The UI is "calculating" the generic resource name in order to pull the other versions of the resource, but once the backend supports fetching versions by a resourceUri, then it will be much easier to make the calls needed to show tags in the resource header without multiple fetch calls that are dependent on one another.
