• Number the menu selection items
• Use a table to identify the options according to their number or assumed number (7a, 7b, etc)
• clean up screen shots to remove personal information and remove unwanted background image artifacts
• rather than note in each option when there are optional changes available in the top menu, add a superscript and a reference at the bottom of the document
