installing zip command

The rm -rf find / -regex '.*.py[co]' -or -name apk` step removes the apk command. This prevented us from using the apk command.

So added the zip command for installation.

Thanks for submitting this. I originally added the -or -name apk to keep the image small, but it only save about 1MB, so i'll remove that as well.
