On Fix errors when adding external resources #2273

The resources will be added to External Resources item in Tree. But they will be lost when reopening the Test Suite.

Consider calling the Add Resource function when we have a single Test Suite opened. If it is a Test Suite Folder, we can add Resource to __init__.robot, but that would not have consequence (or would it?)
