Execution profile on Suite and Folder level

my TC's are in different folders in the same suite. But the execution profile is only on Run level. 
Would it be possible to have an argument option per folder and per suite? A so called suite-execution profile and a folder-execution profile overruling (or extending) the normal execution profile?
