Create installer for RIDE

Requirements:

• the installer must be multiplatform (Linux, Windows, Mac)
• it must create shortcuts and add stuff to registry (if necessary)
• it must register .robot and .resource files to open in RIDE
• it must be able to download all dependencies (if option is checked)

This is a pretty big task, which we will not be able to complete any time soon.
Any help to implement these will be appreciated.

To implement this, I think we should use Conda Constructor .
