Cannot navigate to defined keywords when use 'Run Keywords' in test setup/teardown

As in attached picture 1, both defined keywords 'Go To Yahoo' and 'Yahoo Search RobotFramework' are not click-able,and cannot be navigated to by using control-click. But in test case they can, see attached picture 2.
