Standardise CTRL + Backspace

Currently CTRL + Backspace behaves differently in the edit tab to in pop ups e.g. when you add Documentation or a resource.

In the Edit tab, or Text Edit tab, CTRL + Backspace or delete will delete until the next significant character, the same functionality as the CTRL + SHIFT + Arrow. However when in a pop up, CTRL + Backspace adds a control character.

I would like to see the handling standardised to delete until the next signification character.

If you wanted to take it one further and include capitals in those significant characters a la eclipse, that would be even better :)

This seems to happen only on windows. On Linux the ctrl-backspace works as expected also on pop-ups.

This seems to be WONT FIX bug in wx itself: http://trac.wxwidgets.org/ticket/10344

I really dont know if there is anything we can do about this. :( Maybe change to use different widget types or something. Dont know if this is really worth that effort.

I will discuss with others in the core team.

May be resolved by explicitly adding the same key handler to the pop ups; have to see if possible
