update: Clarify footnote comment
The preamble was applying the same hardcoded title to both rules.pdf and superteam_rules.pdf. Now the title is extracted from each .adoc file's first line, so each document gets its correct title.

We can't measure kicker power if the robot is moving during the test which may make the test unfair and inaccurate. So I suggest:

This should include #135 changes (I just went top to bottom and changed anything that looked like it needed changing).
TODO: #134 also still needs to be updated to the current currrent revision of the rubrics - my apologies for sleeping on that before this years' RoboCup.
