Initial hints for building a Docker container for the REST server. #11

Some changes to deploy the REST server in a Docker container. "Works for me!" :-) Hopefully, I've not broken something in the process. Tested using the ipython notebook.

Sadly, the --quiet option that's allowed doesn't actually do anything; I wasn't able to figure out how to get Flask to stop logging/printing a message to the "console" for every request.
