Show weekly usage % on the icon additionally or instead of the session usage #229

Problem
Weekly usage is important too. I almost never run into session limits, but often into weekly limits with the codex plus plan. So it is important for me to keep track of it and the tray icon only shows the session usage now.
Proposed Solution
Add options to show both %s or weekly instead of the session %.
Alternatives Considered
Show % as bars like CodexBar does. Takes less space to show all info but is more difficult to see.
