Show total sum percentage of all enabled plugins

Problem

Right now, in the menu bar, we can only see the percentage of the provider that is at the top; I should be able to see the sum of all providers.

Proposed Solution

This should be a toggle in settings, when enabled, it sums the total usage or total left from all providers and shows that in the menu bar, instead of showing only one.

I thought about this but due to the plug-in architecture, it is a little bit complicated to do because there is no such thing as a single reporting metric per plug-in. The best thing that you can do right now is to use bars instead which will show you up to four actual bars but only the percentage of the first one.

The plugin architecture has compromises, this is one of them.

2 cents here, I personally don't agree sum of percentage is a good idea, as you might want to know the usage of different agents.
I would prefer to know the usage separately(aka the bar icon), instead of combined.

@tommyming I agree with you. I think it would be more misleading to have a sum.
