Support converting to Monkey's Audio (APE) #151

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
All my music is in the APE format, which has lossless compression rates higher than other formats including FLAC from my own testing. Being unable to convert files to APE makes me waste persistent storage, which can scale up depending on the music collection's size.

Support for the program to convert files to APE.
