(feat) Select all

I am having a few ideas that you might find interesting.

• Select all button next to "Clear Checks"

• Select all files that are code files (do not select png's, .gitignore)

• Select all code files, that are not in ".gitignore" or ".GeminiCoderIgnore"

• Save selection to a dropdown or menu, for later retrieval upon clicking/selecting
