Fail if dependency-check-core is analysed

If dependency-check-core is part of the analysed corpus, it would mean that one is not honoring https://github.com/rm-hull/nvd-clojure/tree/4b915138489e7b7ce12101abae002d888aa6f3cb#avoiding-classpath-interference

So it is cautious to fail the build early if:

* dependency-check-core is part of the classpath
* nvd-clojure is part of the classpath
